Forgot your password?
Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen, enter your registered mobile number and confirm with the OTP sent by SMS, then set a new password. Never share that OTP with anyone.
OTP not arriving?
Wait 60 seconds before requesting another, check that the number has signal and is not in Do-Not-Disturb mode for promotional SMS, and make sure you typed the same number you signed up with.
“Account not found”
The number is not registered yet, or you signed up with a different one. Create a new account from the app’s Register screen using your own number.
App stuck on the loading screen
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → IE777 → Storage → Clear cache). If you are on an old build, install the latest APK from the download page.
Logged out on another phone?
Logging in on a new device can end the session on the old one. If you did not log in yourself, change your password immediately and contact in-app support.
